Vendor Guidelines
Setup & Breakdown
Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM on the day of the event. The event opens to the public at 10:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. Breakdown begins at 5:00 PM and must be completed by 7:00 PM.
Approved Products
All products must be appropriate for a family-friendly, all-ages event. Handmade, locally sourced, and holiday-themed items are strongly encouraged. Resale of mass-produced goods is limited — please disclose in your application.
Payment & Cancellation
Full booth payment is due within 14 days of acceptance. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
Electricity & Equipment
Standard booths do not include power. Food & Beverage booths include one 20-amp circuit. Vendors requiring additional power must request it during the application process and may incur additional fees.
Liability & Insurance
Vendors are responsible for their own booth, products, and equipment. Event organizers are not liable for theft, damage, or injury. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
